I have problem with this stuff. I really dont know when it started, but when I do some browsing explorer thru my disks some times it stuck. In task manager hserver.exe take about 97-100% processes what he do I dont know. When I kill it in task manager, no program has claimed for somewhat need.

Now there is question. How to stop loading this in future or which program use it?

never heard of an app called hserver. is this on xp?

if so maybe its spyware? try remove it.. by spy bot etc..
