resizing windowed Metro Apps

Just a question is there a way to resize the apps beyond that seeimingly pretty high lower limit, since the height limit is close to my screen height minus the taskbar...

I haven't found one.  With a good CPU and GPU it should really be possible to shrink them down to a pixel.  It's a feature Microsoft really needs to add.  Please remember to submit feedback via their Feedback app.
