Vlite deletes language packs

Featured Replies

Hi everybody!

Just tried to build a fresh version of Windows 7 Home Premium (includes SP1). Default language is english. No matter how hard I try, vlite would always delete any given language pack except the english one. Installation of the new build version only works if "english" is selected. Any other language leads to failure. When I let vlite read out the dvd with the new version I can see that actually only the english lp has remained, though I didn't change anything. Why is that?

Thanks in advance

It could be that vLite was not made to be used on Win7, and as such there are some incompatibilities.  nuhi is working on a new tool for Win7 and Win8.x, but if you can't wait then you would be better off using a different tool that was made to be used for Win7 such as Win Toolkit.

Cheers and Regards
