ectavares Posted March 29, 2004 Posted March 29, 2004 IF I use this command on my winnt.sif will it hide the command screen from the final user?(and copy cmdow.exe to $oem$ /$$/system32)cmdow @ /HID
Blyster Posted March 29, 2004 Posted March 29, 2004 I am confused on what you are asking. winnt.sif is processed as soon as text setup starts. No command window is open when this happens. Be more specific as to what you are trying to accomplish.Blyster
ectavares Posted March 29, 2004 Author Posted March 29, 2004 Oh!I am sorry I meant in my start.cmd file that installs some extra applications.Sorry again...and thanxs
Blyster Posted March 29, 2004 Posted March 29, 2004 Yes, just put cmdow.exe in $OEM$\$$\System32 folder like you described and it will be copied over during the text setup portion. Then add the cmdow @ /HID line at the top of the .cmd file you wish to hide and it should work no propblem.Blyster
