After I have attached a file, when I click "Add to Post", nothing happens. I have tried this in IE and Firefox. I have to manually add it using

I just tested in Firefox 2.0.0.20 on 98se and "Add to Post" worked as expected.

Make sure you have any ad/element/script blocking disabled. Also check the Error Console for scripting errors.

Remember to include software and OS versions when reporting problems.
