View Source Code

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Hope that you are having a good day. I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the default "View Source" in IE. Currently, when I "View Source" the source code open in Microsoft Word which I find really annoying. Is there a way to change that you some other application? I would like to use UltraEdit.

I know that I can change a setting in IE properties but it does not work. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

have you tried to use UltraEdit as the default TXT and/or HTML File Viewer/ Editor, maybe the filetype association in IE didn't change the windows settings.

Hope that helps, good luck and a nice day
