I am trying to update to windows 8.1. When I installed Win 8 one of the first things I did was to turn off the UAC. I had to turn UAC back on to enter the window store. Certain programs such as Convertxtodvd I could no longer drag and drop to. Logitech Set Point mouse functions stopped to work. Turning UAC off again did not return the drag and drop function nor did setpoint work as before. Can some one help me to restore drag and drop with the uac on? Thanks in advance.

Well I got rocket dock and convertx to work the problem was they were set in properties to run as admin. Set point still doesn't work nor can I drag and drop to IE.
