MarcoTips Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 is there any way to let a script search all the hardrives for outlouk express account's settings files and then import them during an unattended install
XtremeMaC Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 hard drives for accounts? they should be in your applications folder.. if u want there are programs to backup your outlook accounts/mails/etc.I used ABF Outlook Express Backup for a while, its good..I think ms has a software for it as well. u can also manually backup/restore it..
MarcoTips Posted March 19, 2004 Author Posted March 19, 2004 In Outlook Express you can export you're account, You than have a file called account.iaf or some other name, but the extension is .iaf, what I want to do is some sort of script that searches for these files and import them or some other way that might work, but not with a program, because that would be hard to do during an XP setup
