How do i incorporate my via sound drivers into my windows xp install? The URL for my drivers is: http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=328 . I have tryed using the varible in the winnt.sif file but an error comes up at the start of the install (In the dos bit). Anyone have any ideas. I apreciate it

mmkay...

just browsing through the ZIP, it appears that there are multiple drivers for multiple chipsets. Copy all the drivers from the WDM directory to $OEM$\$1\Drivers\004_Audio

then in your WInnt.sif file, have these set.

OEMPreInstall=YES

OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\004_Audio"

DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

then all should be gravy. Or if you're like me and also want to run it's install program itself to get all the goodies....
