RaidenX Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 Ok i have a problem with me lan i can share files but i cant share internet i use to be able 2, now i cant all the anti virus and zone alarm r on so the other pc is trusted but still not working does any one no what else could be the problem? XtremeMaC Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 i'm particularly sure that its bc of zonealarm. shut it down for once and try the internet sharing.this works the best like this(well easier). uninstall zonealarm, enable internet sharing and stuff about sharing... then install zonealarm and it should prompt u if u want to use internet connection sharing... FthrJACK Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 can you post again and explain it beter?From what i can make out from your post you need to resetup your network on the main internet PC and set it as an internet gateway.. the Pc the other machines connect to the internet via.Your firewall could be blocking it, what firewall do you have? you should look in its networking options and also set it to allow internet sharing.
