DOTNET patches installation error

Hi

In a Windows Server 2003 SP2 web edition, the following .NET patches are not getting installed

KB2742596 .NET 2.0 sp2
KB2789643 .NET 2.0 sp2
KB2804577 .NET 2.0 sp2
KB2756918 .NET 3.0 sp2
KB2736416 .NET 3.5 sp1
KB951847 .NET 3.5 sp1

In this server, only .NET 2.0 sp2, .NET 3.0 sp1, .NET 3.5 sp1 are present .Please advise on this how to get installed ?

Plz look install log files.

They were created in %temp%

for example "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0-KBxxxxxx_DATE_TIME-Msi0.txt"
