Tripredacus Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I am certain there is some language barrier issue here, but this made me giggle.http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/16da0a17-e723-492a-9caf-b565ea3262f8/i-got-error
MagicAndre1981 Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I see such topic very often there (some answers (MVP, MSFT CSG) are also often very funny and useless).
Tripredacus Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 I'm surprised that topic is still there. Do they ever delete anything? I even bet this topic will be around for awhile:http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/cf53c7b6-feef-425e-a61d-b89413bf939c/testing?forum=w8itproinstall
nimd4 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 [..] but this made me giggle.+1 Nice find! xDDo they ever delete anything? I even bet this topic will be around for awhile:I even *h8* when topics get locked (not talking about deleting), for being out-of-age, or something; It's gr8 to have topics as an index && new replies can always be added, so that they (can) stay current (since *all* topics, everywhere, are indexed by search-engines, anyway). However a lot of people, often, disagree with this view.. Just one example is the Ubuntu forums, meh.&& btw., you lost that bet.
Tripredacus Posted January 29, 2014 Author Posted January 29, 2014 Yes I never understood why some forums have rules against bumping topics. Especially since most boards have the ability to archive un-used threads into a read-only section automatically.
