Mozilla Thunderbird

If anyone uses and is knowledgable about Thunderbird, here's a question for you.

A few days ago I brought up Thunderbird and saw that I now have TWO mail toolbars displayed at the top.

One has the normal array : Get, Write, Address Book, Replay, Reply All, etc.

The second tool bar underneith just shows Get, Write and Address Book.

I have no idea how this happened. There also appears to be no way to get rid of this duplicate.
