WIM file location on WinPE boot disk.

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me where is the best location to store a WIM file if I want the WinPE to load, with regards to portable storage like a CD or USB drive? I have attempted to do this but the WinPE won't load successfully, whereas if I remove the WIM file WinPE will load.

Appreciate your advice on this.

Which WIM do you mean? The install.wim?
