Well, i don't kwon how to update this file '-' i tried downloading but there is no .exe or anything to install it for me. So, where can i download a installer or where do I install it?

???

Inside a "Package" there's usually a "whatever. INF" file. Go to Device Manager, right-click the Device, Properties, 'Update Driver", make it point to the Folder where you have the files and "Do It".

Are these the files?

Looks like them to me....

Found via Google

RAlink "5.0.21.0"

First link led to the above link.

There IS NO INSTALLER! You have to do that manually...

I can find no x86 by that Version you give. One might wonder why you say the OP needs the x86 when his OS states x64.

They CAN be found here

http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=5.0.21.0

BUT, the ones I checked all come up as "AMD64" (64-bit).
