Fix

In core.js and installer.js replace all the occurrences of

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\RunOnce

with

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\RunOnce

Please report if anything breaks on XP/2000.
