RAM Upgrade on Gateway PC

I have a Gateway LP Mini Tower Kad select 750. It has a 750Mhz AMD processor and runs Windows 98. It has 64MB of RAM, and kinda crawls in some ways. Can anybody reccommend what kind of RAM I need to buy?

Either 100mhz or 133mhz SDRAM (i.e. not DDR) - the "older" type.

According to Crucial, it will take 256mb per slot.
