Shibbey
I know that not all the files are required to perform the install function. There used to be a Lite version, but no more.Per the manualThere is no longer a "lite" version of WPI but if you are really worried about size it can be GREATLY slimmed down by hand you can slim it from 3 1/2 megs down to @ 600 kb.Does anyone have a list of exactly what files are required for installation from a disc? Kelsenellenelvian
Notes:Cannot use the USSF, Extract, reschange functions or anything else like langs, graphics and such. Remember this is for BASE usage!OK I removed the following:Audio (Keep the install.m3u file in the audio folder)Graphics (Whole folder)Lang (Keep lang_en and your chosen lang file)Manual (Whole folder)Themes (Keep your chosen theme!)Tools (Keep Sleep.exe)Change Log.txtWPI Info.txtI tested this with a completely new WPI config and on a fresh installation of windows...YES there is more that COULD be removed BUT I don't want to get to detailed or limiting on the functionality!Remember all you need to do to restore ANYTHING is to add the files back in!
