Hello everyone,

I have an odd issue with a piece of software called "Cap42".

It is being used to take a picture via a webcam (with automatic face recognition) and add that picture to a badge that can then be printed out.

Everything works, but the strange thing is that when taking a picture, the webcam image "bugs".

The image remains visible whenever you move a white surface over the spot where the image was.

ONLY with a white background!

The image only goes away if I force close "Cap42"..

I'm starting to think it might be a driver/codec issue instead of an issue with Cap42 itself, so perhaps some has come across the same.

Thanks in advance

Looks like it uses an "overlay" of a video (or image in this case). It could help if you tell us what OS, drivers for the video card and video card model you are using. i don't know the program in question so I can't help you with that, but I could give you some suggestions.
