I think with SP1 images freely and legaly available you would just go with a clean bare SP1 instead of the OEM crap and call it good...

OEM stuff don't take much space 1.85 MB and you have Auto activation (much preferred). You can't make a full oem (bloated) unless you are using your original image

Use available SP1 images and add OEM and done

I meant OEM crap as in all of the STUFF that is commonly ADDED to an OEM disk. Nortons, mcaffe, ad-ware, trial ware and all that extra feces...
