yes. i want to mkae it so no one can execute a program from the E, F, G drive.

There are a lot of options, but its possible that just using the Local Security Policy on XP might not be enough. Maybe you can look at it all and maybe find something else. It talks about using Zones, but I'm not sure how you'd put drive letters into a Zone.
