ravikiranbj Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Hi This is my First Post and i am quite new to this forum.I was facing an issue all this while with one of the HP elitebooks i.e. 8460p .The Stop OxEA error that appears with a blue screen pointing out to the IGxPRD32.dll (Intel HD graphics 3000) on HP elitebooks is due to the outdated Ethernet Driver. If you look at the revision history of the NIC card drivers in the Hp Drivers website the notes would reveal the fixes for the BSOD on the new NIC card driver release. I immediately updated my NIC card driver to that of a latest one and also in the System DEfault settings utility from HP to rectify the problem. There were no more blue screens and i didnt had to update my graphics card driver as well. Hope this Helps for some one who has been facing the igxprd32.dll make sure your NIC card drivers are upto date and system default settings utility is installed.
