How do I integrate This update into a Windows installation using nLite???

Welcome to MSFN.

If i doesn't integrate into nLite directly, you could run it through RunOnce(Ex) with the /q switch for silent installation. If it is a standalone installer (not an update), it can even be made into an add-on. Do some searching for add-ons.
