Is it possible to enable netbios over tcp/ip using the xml answer file

I know it was possible in XP using the sysprep.inf, I can't seem to find out how to do it in Windows 7 using the answer file.

Its funny, I can search the CHM for netbios and not get any results, yet there is an option. It can't be done "globally" but when you add an interface.
