Windows 7 - srvcli.dll

Hey,

Ive just created my own win7 (ultimate 64bit). and now i want to install it but i get this message :

"The file srvcli.dll is missing ....."

Maybe ive deactivated too much?

Ive been using vlite 1.1.6 because the newest version doesnt work cuz of waik etc..

does anyone know how to fix this problem?

not sure what happened, the last version 1.2 works too but pls repair image first, reference link:
