sysprep error

hello

can anyone help me on this error

sysprep could not initialize

theres are one or more windows updates that require a reboot.

to run sysprep reboot computer and restart the application

it's on vista home basic sp2, i just found out it is also on win 7

at the moment the only way i know to fix this issue is to re-image the pc

If you have automatic updates on, and have the PC on a network with internet access, I can see how it would go out and grab something from online. Try testing when not hooked up to the internet. Also make sure you aren't sysprepping a PC that is not in Audit Mode.
