check lan interface speed

I use win XP sp3 32 bit . Any freeware I can check the speed of lan interface ??

It will be either 10/100/1000 network connection via the Ethernet port. Dumeter is a bandwidth monitor. It is the not free but offers a 30 day free subscription. go and download it, install it, check your speed and then remove it. Remember the speed of the Ethernet port is a fixed value.
