Low-power video card

Hello you all!

I have a GeForce 8600gt with 256MB ddr3 and passive cooling. Fast enough for my games, but I wish it would produce less heat.

Could you suggest me a video card ? With:

- The same speed

- Less consumption

- Passive cooling

- Driver for W2k (they exist officially up to Gtx295 and x1950)

- Preferably OpenGL 2.0 as well, or more
