clivebuckwheat Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 I am trying to compress my CS4 unattended install, using 7-zip. Is there an SFX size limit for 7-zip when using a SFX? when I try to execute the extraction I am given the error "not a valid win32 application". The sfx is about 6.83 gigs.
dencorso Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 Before going any further, do create another version of the compressed sfx from the uncompressed source. The file you first created may be really corrupt in very subtle ways. In other words, check that the issue is reproductible.
