Create secure FTP

I would like to create a local SFTP server on Windows 7 64bit to test a few things programatically. I know i can install the FTP service (IIS) but how could i make it secure? Any articles anyone could forward me to or similar?

I've never tried using the built-in functions for FTP in Windows, but I have set up FileZilla (part of the XAMPP package) multiple times.

Bad boy Warrior, I found this thread that looks interesting. I assume you are talking about SSH FTP (SFTP) and not FTP SSL (FTPS). I have used Glub, FileZilla and FileZilla Server (all free for non commercial use) to do some testing of FTPS on W7 Ultimate x64 using VMware Player VM (also free). Enjoy, John.

The best sftp/ssh server i found working on x64 windows 7 is Kpym telnet ssh server.

there is no install, just download, launch, run
