When "Must have password to login" is unchecked

When "Must have password to login" is unchecked, how do I reverse that after install? At present, even if a password is set, it is not required at startup. I'd like to change that. This is for Windows XP64 SP2 but, may also apply to XP32.

I also noticed that many options/tweaks selected for XP32 SP3 custom installs don't work. Is there a new build of nlite coming up anytime soon?

I believe you can change that in the Group Policy Editor (type gpedit.msc in the Run box and press Enter)

I believe you are referring to image #21 here http://win-x.co.cc/nliteimages.html

If you want the user to have a password you will use, change the number of logon counts; to have it log in automatically twice, choose 2. Do not forget to select the correct user.

- Which ones, for example? Please attach Last Session.ini (as posted in big, red, bold letters at the top of this page)

- No, not likely; there hasn't been a new version in over two years.

Yes, that is exactly what I was referring to. I will give this solution a try. I am attempting to secure the system now to prevent unauthorized use. Anytime the system is restarted, passwords are ignored since I unchecked that option you mentioned above when building the disc. They work if the screensaver kicks in or a user logs out though.

I'm certain I will be making new builds soon as I make custom installs for each machine. I do this very often so I will post that information asap.
