how to deactivate Office Help completely?

Hi.

I mean that when I press F1 (or click in the right upper corner on '?') to do/show nothing (instead of Help content or a window saying to insert the MS Office DVD).

Thank you for any suggestion.

Later edit: It would help also if somene will show me how to remove help files...

I'm using 2007 for the moment but I'm thinking of switching to 2010 in the near future (perhaps after SP1 RTM is out)...
