How to access Wireless Network Addresses in 98SE

In WinXP it is very easy to access Network Addresses (Ip, Server etc) from Control Panel/Network Connections/Properties. I don't know how to do this in 98SE. If it can't be done directly is there an application one can run which will extract the information.
