driver.cab and sprb0424.dll can't be copied

Why driver.cab and sprb0424.dll cannot be copied when I installed XP Pro (in the copying files session) to my Toshiba Sattelite L-200 Laptop? I've already integrated that XP with SATA driver for Toshiba Satellite L-200 with nLite 1.4.9.1 and made it become a booting cd with Nero 8 Burning ROM.

My friend has ever said this problem always come if use nLite to integrate XP with other drivers.

Anybody can help me to fix this problem? What I have to do?
