Word 2000, custom installation (or: where are registry keys)

I copied a MS Word 2000 folder from another PC to my Win98SE-PC (with Word2000 uninstalled) and tried to start winword.exe.

But this didn't work; i got an error message which told me to "really" install Word2000...

Well, I tried this with "custom installation" from Word2000-CD. But I got unwanted MS programs after that  :

MS Netmeeting

Outlook Express

WebPublishing(?)

Which important registry keys are stored during Word2000 installation (which are necessary to start winword.exe)? Maybe it's only needed to set the "right" registry settings to get the winword.exe working...?

Or another way: Is there a possibility to do a "really" custom Word2000 installation, e.g. by editing the setup.ini from the Word2000 CD? But I don't know how I should edit this file.
