Switch between Radeon and Intel VGAs

Hi! I've got a Sony VAIO VPCEB2Z1E laptop with Radeon 5650 and Core i5 which has an internal intel graphic core.

My question is: Can I swich between these two cards while windows is running, or should I make two boot options, one with Radeon and one with Intel graphics.

I want to swith to Intel graphics, beacause it's enough to work or watch videos and doesn't consume as much as Radeon.

MSI ( I believe ) made a notebook with this technology. I wasn't very fond of it. Yes you can switch between the adapters BUT a reboot is required to actually use the other one. Frankly I didn't see the point of that "feature" so your dual boot option may have something to it.
