Silent switches for picpick_inst.exe are:

start /Wait C:\picpick_inst.exe /S /D=C:\"Program Files"\PicPick

start /Wait picpick_inst.exe /S /D=C:\"Program Files"\PicPick

Why do you need the progress bar? The /S switch makes it silent and unattended at the same time. You can try removing it, but I doubt it will work.
