Dialup and high speed

Hi I have a few customers that are in dialup areas . Here bell has come out with a high speed wireless hub which works fine until it drops from a cloud or bad weather. Is it possible to connect to the dialup and also the wireless and have the dialup modem take over if the wireless drops and then when the wireless comes back up switch back to it. Normally the wireless only drops for a few min . System is running xp pro as its a business and some of there programs wont run on vista or 7.
