RBCC Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 I am in the middle of customizing WIndows 7 NTOSKRNL.exe, but no matter what I do the system gets a BSOD. Has anybody figured a way around this? John
WizardOfWoz Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 You should make a copy of it first, and then modify the copy. Then boot up into the recovery environment and replace the existing file with the edited version. Just be sure to make a backup first!
