Permission registry error when delete or edit

I want way to get full control permission to edit or delete any reg because i have problem when edit

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]

i try this way but not working for still get error.

i want easier way to get full control permission to edit all my registry.
