Reliability and Performance Monitor

I have been running the Reliability and performance tool and I am also running Vista home Prem with MSE installed.

I keep getting this : The Security Center has reported that on-access spyware scanning is disabled. Either on-access scanning is disabled, or the anti-spyware application is not recognized.

MSE has everything updated and is working as it should be. Any help here or is it due to the layering of windows defender on top of MSE that causes the conflict?

I have noticed that Windows Defender is turned off on my systems that have MSSE installed but I have Windows 7...

Also, I found this too:

Open an elevated Command Prompt window. To do so, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.

Type the following command:

winmgmt /salvagerepository

WMI repository is consistent...additional info attached. file opens in IE xps file how ever this forum doesn't allow xps files upload...sigh
