Hi All,

I'm having problem mounting Webdav folder which is hosted by the Apache Jackrabbit version 2.1.1 (or any Webdav enabled provider IIS 6 also)

the connection diagram is like the following:

MyLaptop (Win7) ---> Windows Server 2003 Std x64 running apache JackRabbit 2.1.1 ---> public shared network drive (D-Link DNS 323 NAS)see the following error message.

can anyone assist me in mounting the anonymous webdav please ?

Thanks.

AFAIK, Windows 7 has WebDav support out of the box - you don't need to set up the server in order to use it.

I've used WebDAV before but getting the URL right can be tricky - try https?

Mounting a Shared Folder using WebDAV on Windows
On your Windows computer, open File Explorer.
Right-click This PC and select Map network drive. Map Network Drive window appears.
Enable Reconnect at sign-in and Connect using different credentials.
Click Finish.
Specify your NAS login credentials.
Click Connect.

Regards,
Peter
