Boot Mgr missing

I have 2 drives in my PC. The main HDD has Win7 Pro with XP mode. The other is blank and used as data storage. Each time I boot up, I get the "boot mgr missing" Press Ctrl, Alt Del to restart. So now, as I boot up, I have to press "ESC" to load the boot mgr which gives me the option to choose the boot drive. How can I get rid of that and have my system boot up directely to the Win7 drive?

The freeware program EasyBCD allows you to manage the boot options, and maybe you can use it to fix your OS. You can download it from here:

In BIOS, under hard-drive boot priority, make sure the Win7 drive is on top position.
