how to remove the symbol from the icons UAC ?

I wanted to ask if there is a tweak to remove the symbol from the icons UAC.

the only way i would do it, is to search dll or exe file that contains that icon (small shield)

and replace it with blank icon, then icon would still be attached to UAC protected "icons"

but it would be blank/invisible
