jaclaz Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 I'll always thought that rule #2 was: You DO NOT talk about the Fight Club.NAAH, that's mainly Rule #1:You don't talk about fight club. You don't talk about fight club. When someone says stop, or goes limp, even if he's just faking it, the fight is over.Only two guys to a fight. One fight at a time. They fight without shirts or shoes. The fights go on as long as they have to.If this is your first night at fight club, you have to fight.Rule #2 is there only for people that are too dumb to undertstand Rule #1, anyway:I don’t care to belong to any club that will have me as a member If you are game, we have periodically some nice "Win98 vs. WinNT" and "FAT32 vs. NTFS" fights as well as a few of "What's the best defragging tool?", "What's the best Antivirus?" and "What's the best Registry cleaning app?" wars, (I won't count the "XP is better that Vista " ones since truisms are not up to debate ).@dencorsoI told you I was cheap. jaclaz

Thanks .You are not too far behind me in joining date, I see, would that mean that we are getting old? Let's say we are getting more mature... If you want some really nice (and really mean) - not jokes - but English "definitions", do check Ambrose Bierce's "Devil's Dictionary":http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/972http://www.gutenberg.org/files/972/972-h/972-h.htm one among the many :EXPERIENCE, n. The wisdom that enables us to recognize as an undesirable old acquaintance the folly that we have already embraced.jaclaz
