3-R4Z0R Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Hello guys.I've been researching for a while on the wide internet. What I've not found is this:- How do I remove the properties display on the bottom of every Windows Explorer window.- Is there any better way than resource hacking to get rid of the command band/command bar on top of the Windows Explorer window?(i.e. I want the XP style Explorer back... it's much more useful and much less bloated)Greetings3-R4Z0R
Ambassador Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 This is probably more than you want, but Explorer++ is closer in conception to the Windows XP Explorer, is more customizable in terms of toolbar/address bar/menu bar placement, and the latest version can be configured to function as the default file manager.HTH
