raman
I am using windows xp prof sp 3 with waik 2.1 installed. With gimagex i am able to mount wim images. While trying to click to browse the mounted folder cursor hangs and system restarts immediately. I am attaching the BSOD taken from camera. Can somebody enlighten me as to why this BSOD. Tks in advance.
Tripredacus
Well not seeing a picture, but here are my questions:1. How much RAM on the Technician PC?2. What is the file size of the WIM?3. What compression type did you use when creating the WIM?

Tripredacus
OK so obviously these are the boot images. What is the error you are getting?
cluberti
If you could post the BSOD, and if there was any .dmp file generated, post that as well. Otherwise, we're all guessing. That won't get us very far, if history is any teacher.

Tripredacus
Well this is definately an OS problem. You are going to want to get a memory dump like Cluberti said, instructions here:At first glance, your STOP Error 0x24 would indicate a file system problem. Try mounting your WIM into a different volume. Also, are you running all NTFS disks?
