Reset Windows Size To Defaults

Hello.

I was wondering, How can I reset Windows size, positions etc to defaults?

In other words, I want to reset the all Windows to defaults (Look, Size, Position etc.) as the system was just installed.

Its the same as previous versions of Windows. These settings are kept in Bags and BagsMRU in the registry. Here is an example of how to reset them in Windows 7:

It doesn't seem to reset some properties of Windows Explorer windows.
