Sp0iLedBrAt Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 The disc is probably damaged or something wrong with the optical lens of the CD ROM. Try wiping the CD with a smooth cloth, disable antivirus... that's what I usually do. If it doesn't work, you may have to resort to some software for extracting data from damaged media.Cheers

I suggest you try cleaning your CD carefully, looking for scratches and if you have an optical drive cleaning disc, run it. Good luck, John.
