Win7 Network Adapter issue

I've recently installed the second time the Win7 Professional X86 on my ASUS K52J notebook and i have trouble using the Network Adapter for the wired connection.

(It works just fine for the wireless connection).

When i firstly installed the Win i had no problems, both connection were working just fine and i didn't need any extra drivers.

Is there any setup in Windows that i have to enable/disable?
